The municipality of Binz is currently conducting road construction work on the access road to the property (Schwedenstraße). This will result in a full road closure until approximately 30. April 2026. The adjacent properties cannot be reached by car. However, you can reach the accommodation on foot via the beach promenade. Replacement parking spaces will be provided in Binz. We will endeavour to provide parking spaces close to the property, depending on availability. There may also be noise pollution.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
