Credit card information is needed for all guests. Guests must pay 30% of the total of their reservation with a credit card, bank transfer, or in cash. The remaining balance must be paid either in cash or by bank transfer in USD or local currency. LOCAL TAX LAW According to Chilean tax legislation and current regulations regarding tax exemptions, Chilean citizens must pay an additional 19% VAT, which is already indicated in the reservation rate. To be exempt from the 19% additional VAT, foreign tourists must present their passport and the Migration Card (Tarjeta Única Migratoria) provided by the PDI upon entry to the country at the time of check-in. Payment must be made in US dollars. The passenger will not be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of a no-show, the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional VAT. This additional VAT is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
