Important Property Policies and Additional Fees Resort and Parking Fees Resort fees are payable at check-in by credit or debit card, as cash is not accepted. Rates are 40 dollars per day plus tax for 1 to 7 days, 22.50 dollars per day plus tax for 8 to 29 days, and 15 dollars per day plus tax for 30+ days. Valet parking is billed at 40 dollars per day plus tax for 1 to 7 days, 15 dollars per day plus tax for 8 to 29 days, and 280 dollars plus tax for 30+ days. Additional Charges and Deposits The front desk places a temporary authorization hold on a credit card at check-in for incidentals, which is released upon departure and returns to your account within 3 to 5 business days. Unauthorized late check-outs after 11:00 AM incur a 100 dollar penalty fee for each hour or partial hour past the departure time. Property Regulations Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A 500 dollar recovery fee applies to any violation of this policy. Strict quiet hours are enforced, and parties or loud music are not permitted. Violations may result in immediate reservation cancellation without a refund.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
