Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. The number of people, including children, present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description. A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, with the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 16. No Over Occupancy. Please note that the reservation will be canceled if the number of guests exceeds the total occupancy allowed. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property.
