Rental Agreement: Guests are required to sign our standard Short-Term Rental (STR) Agreement prior to check-in. Signing this document is 100% mandatory to receive check-in instructions and access the property. In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. MANDATORY CHECK-IN REQUIREMENT: To receive your access codes, all guests must complete these 2 steps: STEP 1: Send a photo of a valid ID to our official business email. ([email protected]) STEP 2: Confirm that you have read and understood all house rules. You may do this via the Booking.com message thread OR in the email. OFFICIAL HOUSE RULES: NEIGHBORHOOD POLICY: NO LOITERING in the neighborhood. Please be advised of strong police presence in the area for the safety of the community. PARKING: NO OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING. Please use designated parking areas only. SHARED ENVIRONMENT: This is a private room in a shared housing environment. Common areas are shared with other guests. NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. NO STEALING: Theft of any property items or other guests' belongings is strictly prohibited and will be reported immediately. CLIMATE CONTROL: Thermostats are pre-set for building comfort and cannot be tampered with or changed. DEVICES: Do not tamper with any electronic devices or property equipment. COMMUNICATION: All guest support is handled exclusively via the Booking.com message thread or our official business email only. We do not accept or respond to phone calls or text messages. NON-COMPLIANCE: Failure to provide ID or follow house rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund. NO FIREARMS: Firearms, weapons, and dangerous materials of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property premises at all times. NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES: Commercial vehicles, large utility trucks, and commercial vans are strictly prohibited from parking on or around the property. The neighborhood strictly enforces parking rules via active police patrols, and unauthorized commercial vehicles will be ticketed or towed at the owner's expense.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
