Cleaning: For bookings of more than 7 nights, you are entitled to one cleaning service per week, which must be scheduled 2 days in advance. Any behavior that affects peaceful coexistence, the safety of staff or other guests, the integrity of the property, or the payment for accommodation will be immediately reported to the National Police and, if necessary, to Migración Colombia, in accordance with Law 1801 of 2016 and Decree 1067 of 2015. External visitors are not permitted to enter; only guests who have been previously identified and authorized are allowed access. Noise and Coexistence: Guests must adhere to community living standards and maintain a quiet, respectful environment toward neighbors by keeping noise levels moderate—especially during the quiet hours specified in the listing. Hosting parties or events that disrupt the peace of neighbors, property owners, or hosts is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of $600,000 COP, in addition to the immediate termination of the stay and a report to the National Police, in accordance with Law 1801 of 2016. Smoking any type of substance—inside the apartment is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of 500,000 COP, in addition to any costs incurred for cleaning and sanitization, and may also lead to the immediate termination of the service. Heating service is not included in the rate. If requested, a non-refundable advance deposit will be charged, based on the length of the stay: 200,000 COP for stays of 1 to 6 nights, and 500,000 COP for stays of 7 nights or more. This amount will be charged either before or during your stay. If the heating is used without having paid the deposit, a penalty equal to the amount of the applicable deposit will be charged. A single key/access card is provided for entry to the apartment and the building. In the event of loss, a penalty of $300,000 COP will be charged.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
