A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours as following: EUR 15 apply for arrivals between 20:00 until 22:00. EUR 25 apply for arrivals between 22:00 until 00:00. EUR 40 apply for arrivals between 00:00 until 01:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. - Check-in and check out outside our standard check in hours are subject to availability and require an extra fee. - A safety deposit of 1000€ will be requested, in cash upon arrival, and it will be refunded at your check out after a check of the villa. - The city tax will be paid in cash upon arrival - if you travel with your pet, we ask you to follow some simple precautions: never leave him alone at home or in outdoor spaces (they are not fenced!) a surcharge of €50 per day is required. - Heating during winter time is subject to an extra charge to be paid upon arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
