Documenti d'Identità – Adempimento Obbligatorio Come previsto dalla legge italiana, la registrazione degli ospiti presso la Questura richiede l'invio dei documenti di tutti i componenti del gruppo entro 3 giorni dalla prenotazione (o entro e non oltre il momento del check-in per prenotazioni last minute). La mancata ricezione dei documenti comporterà la cancellazione della prenotazione. Come inviarli: Vi contatteremo via WhatsApp o tramite chat di Booking.com per indicarvi l'indirizzo e-mail a cui spedire la documentazione. Privacy: Per la sicurezza dei dati, le foto dei documenti devono essere inviate esclusivamente via e-mail all'indirizzo fornito e non nella chat di Booking.com. Identity Documents – Mandatory Requirement As required by Italian law, guest registration with the Police (Questura) requires sending identity documents for all group members within 3 days of booking (or no later than check-in for last-minute bookings). Failure to receive the required documents will result in the cancellation of the reservation. How to send them: We will contact you via WhatsApp or Booking.com chat to provide the email address for documentation. Privacy: For data security, document photos must be sent exclusively by email to the provided address and not in the Booking.com chat.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
