1. Check-in Times and Extras Standard (complimentary) check-in and check-out times are listed in the relevant section. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability. Late check-out beyond 1:00 PM is not possible; in such cases, an additional night must be booked. Early Check-in: €20 Late Check-out: €20 2. Cot/Crib Request A cot/crib is available upon request. Requests must be made at least 3 days prior to your stay to allow for delivery. 3. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Violators will be charged a penalty of €250. 4. Linens and Towels We provide all linens and towels; however, please note that a fee of €20 will be charged for any item that is damaged, stained, or missing. 5. Waste Sorting/Recycling We require guests to comply with waste sorting and recycling rules. Inside the apartment, you will find separate bins and instructions on how to sort your waste. Communal bins are located in the courtyard. Failure to comply with waste sorting regulations will result in a €100 fine. 6. Guest Portal and/or Online Check-in You will be required to complete an online check-in to provide necessary information and receive access instructions for the apartment. Access to the apartment is granted only after the online check-in process has been completed. The initial message containing the online check-in link is sent at the time of booking; therefore, delays or failure to complete this step are not accepted, and access to the apartment will not be possible.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
