If you are reserving 3 or more rooms the following terms and conditions apply to your booking: When the reservation is made a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total reservation value is deducted from your card. The cancellation policy for group bookings is 14 days prior the due arrival date without penalty. Any modifications or cancellations made after that time are charged in full. We don't take provisional reservations or reservations for celebrations such as Hens or Stags or similar.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
