cost of any taken or damaged items will be charged to your account.
8. Liability: We cannot assume liability for issues managed by third-party entities.
9. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for covering damages or necessary extra cleaning charges after their stay.
10. Departure: Turn off the heating, leave the keys in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and ensure the dishwasher is empty to avoid a 200€ cleaning fee.
11. As part of the verification process, you will be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact details, and complete our guest portal. This information is collected solely for screening and verification purposes and will not be stored or used for any other reason.
