This is a self-check-in property. A smart lock system allows check-in any time after 3 PM, in line with our standard check-in time. As per local regulations, all guests must verify their identity. Therefore, we will request a copy of your International Travel Passport or Emirates ID before your arrival. This information will be submitted to the Dubai Tourism Department (DTCM) for guest registration. The apartment is fully compliant with Dubai’s Holiday Homes licensing requirements. In accordance with DTCM guidelines, a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night will apply. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. Evidence of smoking (such as smoke odor, ash, or cigarette butts) will result in a minimum penalty fee of AED 1,000. Checkout time is strictly 12 PM. Late checkouts without prior notice (at least 48 hours in advance) will incur a penalty of AED 350. This policy ensures the property is prepared to meet the next guest’s expectations.
