We reserve the right to report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities, and the deposit will not be refunded. - Return the accommodation in a suitable condition; - The fridge must be emptied on departure: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance. - Dishes must be washed and put away: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance. - Garbage cans must be emptied (see location of rubbish bin/containers in the welcome booklet: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance. - Close windows on departure; - Do not damage, break or steal anything; - Maximum departure time 11 a.m., unless otherwise specified.
