- It´s mandatory to be respectful of neighbours. Therefore, all kinds of parties, loud music or noisy activities are strictly prohibited. Also, please make the minimum possible noise from 23:00 h to 10:00 h (If you arrive at the apartment at night, please be especially careful to speak quietly amd make very little noise when entering the building and taking the elevator to the apartment.)
- Prior to arrival, all guests must provide the host with all their passport or ID details, as well as their current residential address, mobile phone number and email address, and in the case of guests under 18 years of age, their kinship relationship with the rest of the guests. Likewise, upon arrival at the accommodation, all guests must complete the traveler entry form and, if necessary, show identification documents to the host. The reason why all this information is requested is due to mandatory regulations of the Spanish authorities.
- Pets are allowed upon prior request and sending information at the time of the reservation request.
- We kindly ask guests to keep the property in good condition and cleanliness.

- Don't set my house on fire! It is forbidden to light candles.
- In case the barbecue is used, please leave it clean and unplugged.
- Check-in must be from 16:00h to 22:00h. In case it has to be done from 22:00h it must be requested in advance and the following charges will apply: from 22:00h to 24:00h 50 euros; from 24:00h 100 euros.
- Access to the accommodation is carried out autonomously by the guest using a smart lock and detailed instructions provided by the host.
- One of the bedrooms has direct access from the private terrace of the accommodation by going up some stairs.
- Pets are allowed upon prior request and sending information at the time of the reservation request.
- There is the possibility of a parking space in the same building at a price of 10 euros per day. The request for a place must be made at the time of reservation.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
