Located just 10 minutes from Gray, 35 minutes from Dole, and 40 minutes from both Besançon and Dijon, the house is also perfectly situated for exploring the region. Walkers and cyclists will enjoy the "Voie Verte" (Greenway) running along the Saône and the Burgundy Canal, which is perfect for cycling or walking. Pets are welcome at no extra cost. A 25 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture allows you to relax in complete tranquility. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. The bedrooms are upstairs; the stairs are quite steep for the first 3 steps when descending, and there is also a step to access the shower.
