Le Theureau is located at the end of a dead-end road. Driving onto the property, you immediately see the fantastic views. The former farmhouse lies on top of a hill and has 2 spacious guest rooms and a very spacious 6-person gîte (150 m2). From the veranda you have views over the heated saltwater pool (9x4) and the beautiful rolling landscape of the South Morvan. The pool has sun beds and is for all our guests.
In our house there is a very spacious suite of approx. 50 m2, suitable for 1 to 4 people, consisting of:
- Room Noyer Sud with a mini-bar (drinks on payment) and free coffee and tea making facilities. There is a TV with chromecast and further a sofa with coffee table. The room is approximately 21 m2 in size.
- Room Noyer Nord also has a seating area and a TV with chromecast and is slightly smaller, about 20 m2.
- Luxury bathroom with 2 washbasins, shower and toilet
- Spacious entrance with wardrobe
Price includes a full breakfast and tourist tax (B&B).
