Damage deposit
A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
We will charge a late check-in fee of USD20 (cash only) from 20:00 to 22:00.
Guests arriving after 22:30 will not be able to be accommodated due to no one being at the property to receive them.

Our whole neighborhood is developing at the moment, and construction noise is taking place from 06:00–07:00 to 17:00 -19:00, except from December 20, 2024, through January 5, 2025.
Some units may be affected by noise in the outside area.
Please note that renovation work is taking place at the property next door, starting on January 6, 2025, until further notice, hopefully October 2025.
We have a price lower than usual to make the rental more attractive.
