Check-in time Flexible from 3:00 PM. Our team will be available throughout the day to assist you. If you wish to leave luggage before 3:00 PM, this is always upon request and subject to availability. Self check-in Entry may be automatic. A personal code will be sent to you on the day of arrival. In-person check-in For late-night arrivals, if guests prefer personal assistance, we will be happy to welcome you. This service carries an additional fee after 8:00 PM. Check-in surcharges For in-person late-night check-ins, the following fees apply: 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM → €20 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM → €30 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM → €40 Bed linen and towels Bed linen and towels are provided (per person, per stay). Stays longer than 6 nights: extra towels are provided as a courtesy. Stays shorter than 6 nights or additional requests: Towel set: €10 Linen set (sheets + towels): €15 Use of towels (Important) It is strictly forbidden to use towels for makeup removal. Towels stained with makeup or irreversibly damaged may be charged at €10 per unit. Noise Playing loud music in the apartment is not permitted, out of respect for neighbors. External noise (central location) Due to the property’s central location, disturbances from external noise (pedestrians, neighbors, parties, or construction) may occur. This will not be grounds for compensation. Trash It is prohibited to leave garbage bags in the building’s common areas. Guest registration (mandatory by law) Please note that all guests, regardless of age, must complete the legal registration form in accordance with Spanish legislation (Order INT/321/2021 and Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with minors, the type of family relationship must be indicated. Failure to comply with this obligation will result in denial of access to the property and will not entitle guests to any compensation.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
