Key collection can be made at our Hostmate office at Via Mauro Macchi 41, just steps from the Central Station. This service is available from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After collecting the keys, you can go to the apartment to drop off your luggage. Please note that check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 PM, at which time the apartment will be ready and clean for your arrival. We cannot guarantee that the apartment will be available before this time. Upon request, you can book by 6:00 PM the day before and have the keys collected directly at the apartment starting from 3:00 PM. This additional service is subject to a surcharge, calculated based on your arrival time. Check-in from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM costs EUR 15 (VAT included). Check-in from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM costs EUR 20 (VAT included). Check-in from 9:00 PM to midnight costs EUR 40 (VAT included). Please note that there is a charge for lost or damaged keys. The apartment is prepared with everything you need for your stay.
