Hello! Welcome to Barcelona City Street. Our office hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and check-in is from 1 p.m. onwards. If you arrive before 1 p.m., we can store your luggage until your room is available. Due to GDPR requirements and in compliance with the ordinance of the Mossos d’Esquadra, the mandatory traveller registration must be completed digitally and must be done before entering the room. If you are arriving after reception has closed, check-in will be done online. To do so, you will need: -An internet connection -To pay all outstanding charges Digital keys will be sent on the day of your check-in. If you arrive outside of reception hours, we will send them to you via the booking.com chat or email. Guests must show a valid ID when checking in, either in person or online. Please note that all special requests (beds, pets, additional guests, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please inform Barcelona City Street in advance of your expected arrival time. To do so, you can use the Booking.com chat or contact the accommodation directly. The contact details are provided in the booking confirmation. No stag or hen parties or similar celebrations are permitted at the accommodation. No noise is permitted between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Smoking is prohibited throughout our facilities and will result in a fine. Breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. If you make a booking for a third person, please provide them with our contact details and advise the guest to get in touch with us directly. If you book through an agency or platform partners, it is the responsibility of the agency/partner to contact the property in order to arrange the guest’s arrival, check‑in, and delivery of digital keys. Reservations where guests do not arrive and fail to make contact before midnight on the day of the booking will be marked as NO‑SHOW and cancelled without refund. The car park is located 15 minutes away and has a special agreement with us. Bed distribution is based on availability. Please read all the booking and accommodation conditions before making your reservation. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
