All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals after 8 PM check-in hours. Check-in after midnight is not allowed. A security deposit of €1,000 is required upon arrival. You will have to pay it in cash. You should receive your refund upon checkout. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash after verification of the condition of the accommodation. For reservations of less than 4 nights, the security deposit is excluded, for reservations of up to 4 nights (and more), the security deposit is paid in full under the above conditions For departure before the check-out time, you will have an arrangement with the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are provided. If guests want more during the stay the property can provide for the following extra charges: Bed linen: 20.00 EUR per person per stay.
