Visitors are prohibited in the common and indoor areas of Charlotte House. Parties and events are prohibited. Damaged or unusable items; If any item is damaged (permanent stains, tears, breakage, scratches or improper use), the replacement cost will be charged.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
