Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit. During our winter months, depending on the weather and high tides, you may notice that we sometimes have less beach. Due to an unsafe sea wall condition there is no beach access on the property and resort staff strongly recommends you use an alternative beach access within walking distance for most. Access to beach remains closed due to safety reasons. Tennis courts are still closed. Landscape improvement project is currently taking place at shoreline/lawn area. The pool cabana is closed for safety reasons. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival.
