There are three mandatory rules in the house guests should abide by: 1) in accordance with the local laws, guests must recycle the waste and separate paper, glass, plastic and food waste. Specific bins and bags are provided. Waste not recycled properly is not collected by the waste company. 2) Do no throw toilet paper or anything else in the toilet as it can damage the sewage drain and cause significant damage. 3) as the house is surrounded by vegetation, due attention/vigilance should be given when using the external barbecue. Please ensure these rules are visible to guest interested in booking.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
