If the parking is missing, please contact us immediately on your check-in day by phone or email to report the missing parking pass. We charge a fee of 250 USD for lost parking pass. WARNING: Maximum car height is 6 ft. Large cargo vans and SUVs that are lifted or have a roof rack do NOT fit in the parking garage because of the low ceiling. If a vehicle does not fit in our garage, renter is responsible for finding and paying for alternative parking at renter’s expense. PLEASE NOTE: All fees such as check-out cleaning, service charge, and taxes are already included in the total price. The property provides departure cleaning service only. There is no daily maid service. The condo is equipped with cleaning equipment. There are coin operated washer and dryer in the building.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
