We are a Boutique Hostel / Guest House, not a traditional hotel. The check-in and payment process is 100% remote. Payment must be made prior to check-in to guarantee access. We require identification/passport for all guests before arrival. The property is located in an urban and touristic area of Santiago, close to bars and restaurants, so occasional external noise may occur. The house is a renovated old building with a heritage style. Breakfast is simple, complimentary, and prepared daily by our team. Room cleaning is carried out every 3 days. We have a shared kitchen for common use. We do not have a 24-hour front desk.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
