Registered guests: if you plan to have visitors during your stay, please let us know in advance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Use of common space: if your vacation home shares common areas, respect community rules and be sure to leave those areas in adequate condition. No smoking: the home is smoke-free. Please use the balcony. Space maintenance: help us keep the home in good condition. Please report any issues or damages so we can fix them quickly. Do not hang anything on the balcony: to maintain aesthetics and respect the rules, avoid hanging objects on the balcony. We have a folding clothesline to hang towels and clothes. On-time check-out: be sure to check-out at the agreed time to facilitate cleaning and preparation for the next guest.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
