A rental agreement will be sent immediately following the booking. All guests must sign and return the agreement as soon as possible to finalize your reservation. The management company will contact you directly prior to arrival to answer any questions you may have regarding your stay. The use of resort amenities requires the payment of a daily fee, made directly to the Magic Village Clubhouse. Access to the Clubhouse amenities, including the pools, recreational areas, and fitness center, is available for a fee of $100.00 per home, per day of use, paid directly at Magic Village Resort. Access to the on-site restaurant and concierge services is included at no additional cost. Please note that access to amenities is controlled by an electronic card and only granted upon payment of the daily fee, which provides full access for all registered guests in the home for that day.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
