- Instructions for accessing the property and Wi-Fi credentials will be provided on the day of arrival. - Please contact Interior Tech srl in advance at +39 351 3788165 to request a check-in before 5 pm or a check-out after 10 am. Requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed. - For specific requests regarding bed arrangements, we ask that you contact us at least 48 hours before arrival. - For stays of less than 10 nights, there are no linen changes or cleaning during your stay; however, the service is available upon request for a fee. - For stays longer than 10 nights, there is an intermediate cleaning with linen change, which will be scheduled and must be paid for at the property. - Any damage caused to the structure or furnishings during your stay must be reported and may incur additional costs. - As required by current Italian law, to identify guests and notify the competent authorities, check-in is done online before arrival. - The property does not have a physical reception. Check-in, guest registration and payment of the tourist tax take place through our dedicated portal. The procedure involves entering the details of all guests, uploading a photo of a valid ID for each participant, and, for the reservation holder, taking a selfie with the ID in hand to verify their identity. Signing of the rental agreement before arrival is also required.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
