Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
If the reservation is for more than 7 people, or more than 3 days, a damage deposit of EUR200.00 is established, which is returned upon departure, once the condition of the property has been checked.
In case of a birthday or bachelor party, a damage deposit of EUR500.00 is established, and both the reservation and the cash deposit will be paid upon arrival, upon delivery of the keys. Upon departure, the deposit will be returned, less what was agreed to maintain the reservation, once it has been verified that there is no complaint from the police, nor any damage done to the property.
Our property reserves the right of admission in case it is a bachelor party, due to the characteristics of the purpose.
A surcharge of 30€ in cash applies for check-in between 22:00hrs and 00:00hrs and from 00:00hrs a surcharge of 50€ in cash applies.
No more than 500 euros will be charged per credit card, and you can pay the total amount of the reservation in cash upon arrival at the apartment, upon handing over the keys.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
