While the property cannot guarantee the noise level during your stay, they would like to ensure transparency. Construction noise typically occurs from 08:00 to approximately 17:00 –19:00, but may occasionally occur outside these hours depending on contractors' schedules. The property is diligent in communicating with the various contractors in the area to try to minimise disruptions. As a gesture, the current villa price has been reduced due to the construction.
