Check-in is possible between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM for an additional fee of €65. From 10:00 PM to midnight, an additional fee of €85 will apply, upon request. - Security deposit: €300 for stays of 32 days. €400 for stays of 33 to 60 days and €500 for stays of 61 to 90 days. This deposit is refundable after the apartment has been inspected and the utility bills have been reviewed. Utilities are delivered between the 5th and 10th of each month. - Up to €80 of utility expenses (water, electricity, and internet) are covered. This typically covers water usage for two people, air conditioning for 2-3 hours per day, and internet access. - - Up to 3 hours of cleaning is included (on the day of check-out). - It is mandatory to complete and sign the house rules and registration form. You will also be asked to provide a photo of your passport or valid ID. - Parties are not allowed. If a neighbor complains or provides evidence that a party is taking place in the apartment, the deposit will be forfeited; and in case of damage, the cost of repairing or replacing damaged items will be charged. Use of the building's terrace is strictly prohibited. - Pets are not allowed. This apartment is located on the 5th floor (no elevator). - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Upon check-in, if a cigarette smell is detected, an additional €200 will be charged for odor removal (wall cleaning, furniture cleaning, and ozonation of the entire apartment).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
