(Guest-Requested Cancellation) If the Guest requests a cancellation (or cancellation is made at the Guest’s request) prior to the check-in date, the reservation may be cancelled accordingly and the Guest will be eligible for a refund in accordance with the booking terms. However, the Guest understands and agrees that any bank-related transaction fees and/or payment processing charges incurred in order to return the refunded amount will be deducted from the refund and will be borne by the Guest. The Property/Owner does not assume responsibility for bank charges, payment gateway fees, or transfer fees associated with refund processing. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
