Please note that leaving rubbish in the apartment costs €10 per bag. Unwashed dishes are charged €10. Damage to furniture and appliances will be claimed upon prior notice. The apartment must be vacated before 10:00 a.m. (consult us for late check-out); €30 will be charged for a delay of up to one hour in checking out. Keys and remote controls must be returned, with a cost of €35 for loss of the garage remote control and replacement of the cylinder if the keys are left in the ignition. The air conditioning must only be used when you are in the apartment; excessive use will be penalized with the full deposit. Any incident related to the accommodation must be reported within the first hour after receiving the keys.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
