Smoking, parties and excessive volume are not allowed. For bookings of more than 14 nights, the host is authorised to carry out weekly intermediate cleanings. The guest is obliged to grant access to the flat to the service provider commissioned by the host or the host's employees for this purpose. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to the customer service of the property. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Guests exceeding the number indicated in the reservation are not allowed. The property will charge 40€ per night of reservation for each unauthorized guest. Please note that all guests need to provide a valid ID/government-issued ID/passport/student ID at check-in.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
