Both pictures must be sent within 48 hours of booking or prior to arrival: whichever comes first! You may send it via email, WhatsApp, or through the platform itself. Failure to provide valid ID meeting all requirements will RESULT in VOIDING your booking. VERY IMPORTANT #2: We send house rules immediately after confirming a reservation. You must read them, agree to them, and adhere to the rules at all times! If you disagree with the rules, we allow a 24 hour post booking cancellation free of charge given the reservation was at least 48 hours prior to check-in!
