BUILDING RULES: This is a private, family-friendly property that is governed by a Homeowner's Association. Disruptive gatherings -- regardless of size or time of day -- are strictly prohibited. Visitors are allowed, but quiet time in this building begins at 10:00 PM. This building also prohibits smoking or drug use anywhere on the property. UNIT RULES: The maximum occupancy of this unit is no more than five (5) guests. Guests must inform the host and receive permission to have more than five (5) guests. NO PARTIES: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding disruptive gatherings. TOWELS: Please use dark towels provided for removing makeup. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest the price of replacement. CHECK OUT: Check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you need a later check-out time, please contact us through the Airbnb app for approval. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing within the app. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a fee of $75 per hour. This policy ensures we can prepare the property for the next guest in a timely manner. HOA FEES: Guests who incur complaint or fees from the HOA or neighbors will be charged a minimum of $100 for each complaint. This policy also applies to complaints regarding barking dogs.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
