The guest rooms have been customized and installed with double windows to reduce the noise from the neighborhood. Housekeeping service is offered every 8 days. This is a walkup property. There is no elevator in the building and the rooms are located on level 1 and level 2 Please note that all guests need to provide a valid passport at check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. This is a strictly non-smoking property. A fine of S$1,000 will be imposed for smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations. We highly recommend that you have your own suitable travel insurance in place at the time of booking. Should you fail to check-in by 12pm one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show".
