A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. This increases to EUR 50 from 22:00 and to EUR 80 from midnight. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The minummum number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms and so on. Should you wish to use all rooms with a lesser occupancy, please note that the price will be increased. The minimum number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy, in this case, a minimum of 3 bedrooms will be open for an occupancy of 1 to 6, if you want the 4th and 5th bedroom open with a lesser occupancy, you will still have to book for the max cappacity which is 9-10 people.
