Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. This increases to EUR 50 from 22:00 and to EUR 80 from midnight. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
