It was recently renovated and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which can accommodate 8 people, plus a futon available. Its amenities include a heated pool (September-March), barbecue area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Guests are greeted with complimentary tea and coffee upon arrival. Pets are welcome upon request and for an additional charge as a guarantee for any damage or extra cleaning they may cause. All Chilean citizens, resident foreigners and foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Rates and additional fees must be paid in local currency.
