Check periods for holidays outside the high season. Check-in outside normal hours will be done via the coded key box; you must contact reception to provide the code to the guest. Both the reservation and the security deposit must be paid.
Any extra requests must be communicated before 13:00 on the day of arrival. If the office is closed on the day of arrival, this must be notified the day before.

Payment:
Guests must pay 100% of the total price in advance within 14 days before the arrival date.
