The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be picked up by the guest at our office On the day of check-out, no trash should be left at the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
