The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property to place a deposit. Please note that the pre-authorisation charge will be returned to the guest following check-out. It may take some time for it to appear in the guest's account. Please contact us for same-day inquiries to confirm availability. We will ask for your email as Booking.com doesn't share your personal email. To ensure efficient calendar management and availability for other guests, reservations that would create a single unbooked night between existing bookings (a “one-night gap”) are not permitted. Any booking that results in a one-night gap in the calendar may be cancelled by the host, and we reserve the right to do so without penalty. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval. Please inform the property during the booking process if you plan to bring a pet. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. In case of any additional pets, please notify the property prior to arrival. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
