DEPOSIT: A deposit equal to the greater of a one-night’s stay or 50 % of the total stay, per room reserved, will be charged to your credit card when a reservation is made. Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit has been successfully processed. The balance due will then be charged to the same credit card on your day of arrival. CANCELLATION: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of deposit minus a $40 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be responsible for the full first nights deposit.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
