Romeo y Julieta is an entire and private floor of a master property. For reasons of sustainability in an environment of high natural value, the cabin does not have hot water or air conditioning. However, we enjoy a very pleasant microclimate and most of the time you do not miss it. The village of Minca does not have drinking water, and neither does the cabin, but if you wish, we can provide you with a few liters of the filtered water we drink ourselves, free of charge. Please remember that smoking is forbidden in all areas of the property Due to the nature of our property, please reduce the noise to the maximum to respect other guest´s rest. This will help to all our guests to enjoy and relax during their stay. Guests must show a valid identification document upon check-in and on before the arrival they must fill out a form that will be shared through an automated message for the Colombian authorities. The Gaira River is at 10-minute walk from the apartment, with a natural river beach nearby. The flats have access to the river for swimming, but it is important to mention that it is a 10-minute walk away. We are located in a mountainous area where parking is very difficult. We have two free parking spaces on the property, but it is important to note that they cannot be reserved and are subject to availability.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
