Nonno Ludovico Casa Vacanza

In June 2024, I had the pleasure of opening the "Nonno Ludovico" vacation home—a project close to my heart—located at Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi 13 in Roccasicura (IS), 86080. The property is situated in my paternal grandparents' house, which dates back to 1900. The vacation home offers accommodation in a detached house located within the village, just 250 meters from the center. It is divided into a ground floor and a first floor (plus a garage), with both levels being fully autonomous and independent. The first floor can accommodate up to ten people and comprises three bedrooms: one with a double bed, two single beds, and an en-suite bathroom; one with a double bed and two single beds; one with a small double bed (queen-size); plus an additional bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. The independent ground-floor unit can accommodate three people and features: a bedroom with a single bed; a living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
