- The accommodation cannot host more than 2 guests. Any reservation made for more than this number will be cancelled. Guests not listed in the reservation are not allowed. - The accommodation will be provided in an excellent state of cleanliness. We do not charge a cleaning fee and rely on your good manners to return it in very good condition (clean and stored dishes, trash taken out, cleaned work surfaces, etc.). -The accommodation is not suitable for babies or children, and we therefore cannot host them. No exceptions can be made for insurance reasons. - During winter, the accommodation is heated between 20 and 21°C, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.. The temperature is lowered by 2 degrees at night. We can adjust the heating schedule upon request without any issue. - The accommodation is non‑smoking indoors, but smoking is of course permitted outdoors. Ashtrays are available in the patio and in the garden.
