Damage deposit

Key collection: It takes place at our office: Paseo Reding 9, 29016, Malaga, from 16:00 to 20:30. Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys.

In respect of hygiene guidelines, we do not leave cooking staples like salt, oil, etc. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12 euros per pet/per night.
Cot and high chairs are also available, and are 6,5 € per item/per night. Subject to availability.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00. When available, kindly note that the sofa bed is not pre-set upon arrival, but we’re happy to prepare it if requested in advance. A damage deposit of 200 € is required on arrival, this is the minimum amount. It depends on the type of the apartment booked. This will be collected by card only (Visa or Mastercard). You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Our accommodations provide a unique experience, distinct from the hotels. While daily cleaning services are not included, we ensure your comfort with a final cleaning and an additional cleaning every 7 nights.
