After booking, the property will contact you to provide a copy of your identification for verification purposes. This must be completed within 72 hours of booking. Please note that last-minute bookings made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The property only accepts the number of adults indicated on the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted. Each guest will be asked to show proof of identity once the booking has been created and at check-in. This property does not cater for hen parties, stag parties or similar celebrations. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise abatement policy is in force between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am. Guests must leave the property in the same condition in which they arrived. If you leave the property at a time other than the scheduled time, i.e. 10am on the morning of the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a €55 reminder fee. If the above policies are not adhered to, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property. A penalty fee of €150 will be applied to your deposit if you smoke in the property. The accommodation has everything you need for your stay.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
