Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 2000 is required 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

1. El horario de entrada es de 16:00 a 20:00h.
a. Si desea hacer el check-in más tarde de las 20:00h y hasta las 00.00h hay un cargo adicional que debe consultar previamente porque varía según el apartamento.
b. Después de las 00.00h no es posible realizar el registro de entrada.
c. El servicio de late check-in es proporcionado por una empresa independiente, por lo que debe ser solicitado y pagado antes de las 20:00 del día anterior a su llegada.
d. Para reservas con entrada el mismo día no es posible contratar el servicio de late check-in, por lo que la hora límite de entrada son las 20h.
e. El caso de incumplimiento perderá la totalidad de la reserva, no pudiendo acceder los dias restantes ya que se cancela íntegramente.
2. Pago obligatorio de la fianza:
a. Le recordamos que el pago del depósito de daños corresponde a su reserva y alojamiento, y debe realizarse catorce días antes del Check-in.
b. Si su reserva se realiza con menos de catorce días de antelación al check-in, es obligatorio realizar el pago por transferencia bancaria el mismo día de la reserva.
c. A continuación, se detallan los datos bancarios donde debe realizarse la transferencia: IBAN: ES57 0128 0780 5301 0014 3963 - Bic/Swift: BKBKESMMXXX - Titular: Apartamentos Turísticos - Concepto: Nombre y número de reserva * Fianza. Importe: Consulte el importe en las condiciones de su reserva.
d. El pago de la fianza debe hacerse por TRANSFERENCIA BANCARIA. Si la reserva es realizada en el mismo día de su entrada, debe ser por TRANSFERENCIA BANCARIA INMEDIATA o INGRESO EN CAJERO.
e. Asimismo, le informamos que la fianza sólo se considerará abonada una vez hayamos recibido el ingreso, no siendo válida la aportación de justificante bancario en ningún caso.
f. El caso de incumplimiento perderá la totalidad de la reserva, no pudiendo acceder los dias restantes ya que se cancela íntegramente.
3.Huéspedes
a.No se pueden hacer cambios sobre los huéspedes notificados por su parte en la reserva.
b. Todos los huéspedes deberán enviarnos DNI o Pasaporte para acreditar su edad.
c. Esta propiedad no puede acoger despedidas de soltero o fiestas similares.
4. DNI y Pasaporte: Por ley y requisitos de la empresa, todos los huéspedes necesitan ser identificados con DNI o Pasaporte en vigor y esta información será enviada a la Policía Nacional.
5. Mascotas:
a. Debe informarnos con antelación si va a traer una mascota y siempre tiene un coste adicional por mascota y noche.
b. La mascota debe pagar por la totalidad de la reserva independientemente de los dias que pernocte.
c. En caso de incumplimiento perderá la totalidad de la fianza.
6. Personas Adicionales:
a. Es importante que seleccione bien las personas que se van a alojar ya que existe un control exhaustivo sobre este aspecto.
b. Cualquier persona adicional no incluida en su reserva, deberá abonarse con un coste adicional obligatorio.
c. En caso de incumplimiento perderá la totalidad de la fianza.
7. Check In
a. Es obligatorio que el titular de la reserva este presente en el momento de hacer el check in
b. No se puede ceder a una tercera persona el check in, independientemente que sea huesped o no.
8. Devolucion de Fianza
a. La fianza se devuelve de 8 a 14 dias hábiles despues de su salida tal y como viene expresamente en sus condiciones de Booking.com
b. Para la devolución de la fianza es requisito indispensable que lo solicite escribiendo por Booking.com enviando todos los datos bancarios como Titular de la cuenta, IBAN bancario, SWIFT y numero de reserva. Sin esta información no podemos devolver el importe porque lo requiere la entidad financiera. Hasta que la información no esté enviada no podemos devolverle la fianza.
c. El incumplimiento de normas o daños implica la perdida de la fianza automáticamente sin derecho a reembolso.

f. In case of non-fulfilment, the totality of the reservation will be forfeited and the remaining days will not be available as they will be cancelled in their entirety.
3. Guests
a. No changes can be made to guests notified by you at the time of booking.
b. All guests must send us ID or Passport to prove their age.
c. This property is not suitable for stag or hen parties or similar parties.
4. DNI and Passport: By law and company requirements, all guests need to be identified with a valid DNI or Passport and this information will be sent to the National Police.
5. Pets:
a. You must inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet and there is always an additional cost per pet per night.
b. The pet must pay for the entire booking regardless of the number of days it stays overnight.
c. In case of non-compliance, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
6. Additional persons:
a. It is important that you select well the people who are going to be accommodated, as there is an exhaustive control on this aspect.
b. Any additional person not included in your booking must be paid for at an additional cost.
c. In case of non-compliance you will lose the totality of the deposit.
7. Check In
a. It is compulsory that the owner of the reservation is present at the time of check in.
b. The check in cannot be transferred to a third person, regardless of whether he/she is a guest or not.
8. Return of Deposit
a. The deposit is refunded from 8 to 14 working days after your departure as expressly stated in your Booking.com terms and conditions.
b. For the refund of the deposit it is essential that you request it by writing to Booking.com sending all bank details such as account holder, bank IBAN, SWIFT and booking number. Without this information we cannot refund the amount because it is required by the financial institution. Until this information is sent we cannot refund the deposit.
c. Failure to comply with the rules or damages will result in the loss of the deposit automatically without the right to a refund.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
